Bramley Court is a modern, purpose built care home situated in the residential area of Yardley Wood, Birmingham.  The home provides the highest standards of nursing and dementia care in a warm and homely environment.  Bramley Court is usually running close to capacity due to it’s continually high CQC rating under the stewardship of highly experienced manager Ann Willey.  Bramley Court caters for a variety of cultures as you would expect for a home in a diverse area of Birmingham.  There is high speed wifi throughout the home for use by residents for smart TV’s, Skype chats with family, internet surfing etc.

The home also has the state of the art Care Protect system installed.  If a resident, or their loved one, consents to having the camera activated in their room they can be safe in the knowledge that staff in the home, and Care Protect independent reviewers can be alerted to anything untoward.  It also provides families a means to login and view their loved ones personal space at their convenience for that extra piece of mind.  At the same time any communal space is covered by a camera and staff practice is independently reported on and fed back to Zest and the home manager.
